The short version: this website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking, and it does not store anything on your device. Below is what is processed when you visit or write to us.
At a glance
- No cookies, no tracking, no analytics, no advertising and no social media plugins.
- Nothing is stored on your device.
- Fonts, scripts and images are delivered from this website itself. Visiting the site does not trigger requests to servers of other companies.
- Personal data is only processed in two cases: in the server log files when you visit the site, and when you write to us through the contact form or by email.
Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by INWX GmbH & Co. KG, Prinzessinnenstr. 30, 10969 Berlin, Germany, on servers in Germany. The provider processes data on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
When you visit the site, the web server automatically records your IP address, the date and time of the request, the requested file, the HTTP status code and the amount of data transferred, the referrer URL (the page you came from, if your browser sends it) and browser and operating system information (user agent). This data is not combined with other data sources.
Purpose: delivering the website, ensuring its stability and security and detecting misuse. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of this website. Log files are kept only for a short period, according to the hosting provider's retention settings, and are then deleted or anonymised.
The connection to this website is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).
Contact form and email
If you contact us through the form on this website, we process the name, company name, email address and message you enter. Topics you tap in the form (for example “Website”) are added to your message. The form also transmits the language of the page, the time you took to fill it in and a hidden field. These are only used to reply in the right language and for spam protection, and are not stored.
The message is sent by the web server as an email to contact@pucholab.com. The same applies if you write to us directly by email. We use your details only to answer your message and for any follow up questions.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your message concerns a contract or steps before entering into one, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in answering inquiries. We delete messages once your request has been dealt with and no further exchange is expected, unless statutory retention duties require us to keep them.
Recipients: the mailbox contact@pucholab.com is provided by our hosting provider, and its messages are forwarded to a mail account with Google (Gmail), which we use to read and answer them. Google may process data in the USA. Such transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision under Art. 45 GDPR) or on standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).
Ordinary email is not end to end encrypted, so please do not send confidential information through the form or by email. Providing your details is voluntary, but without a name and a valid email address we cannot reply.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies, does not store information on your device and does not read information from it. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. A cookie banner is therefore not needed.
